Orders are eligible for EXCHANGE FOR ITEMS OF EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE ONLY.

ONLINE SHIPPING ORDERS: Exchanges must be made within 7 days of delivery of the item(s). 

 

All exchanges must be pre-approved before shipping an item back. Please call the store before shipping to get an exchange authorization 773 941 5233. Once the package is received one of our associates will call to complete the exchange. 

ONLINE IN STORE PICKUP ORDERS:  Exchanges must be made within 7 days after the purchase is made online. 

Refunds and Store Credits are not an option! NO EXCEPTIONS! IN STORE PICK UP ORDERS: will only be held for 7 days, an invoice for shipping will be sent after 7 days and must be paid within 24 hours to prevent being charged a 30% restocking fee. ALL IN STORE PICKUP ORDERS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN PICKED UP WITHIN A 90 DAY PERIOD WILL BE RESTOCKED AND CUSTOMER WILL FORFEIT THE ENTIRE PURCHASE AMOUNT (NO EXCEPTIONS). NOTE: ALL AFTERPAY PURCHASES ARE ONLY ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE OF THE SAME ITEM IN A DIFFERENT SIZE. THESE ORDERS CAN NOT BE EXCHANGED FOR A DIFFERENT ITEM EVEN IF THE PRICE IS THE SAME. PLEASE REFER TO YOUR AFTERPAY ACCOUNT AGREEMENT REGARDING REFUNDS. EXCLUSIVE COLLECTION ITEMS ARE SHIPPED FROM OUR MANUFACTURE AND ARE NOT AVAILABLE IN STORE SO ANY OF THESE ITEM(S) THAT FALL WITHIN OUR POLICY GUIDELINES CAN ONLY BE EXCHANGED FOR ITEMS WE HAVE IN STORE. IF AN ORDER FALLS OUTSIDE OF ANY OF THE PARAMETERS LISTED ABOVE THE ITEM(S) ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE NO EXCEPTIONS! IF FOR SOME REASON YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM YOU MUST REQUEST A RETURN AUTHORIZATION WITHIN 5 DAYS OF DELIVERY BY EMAILING CUSTOMER SERVICE AT CULTUREDMANAGEMENTGROUP@GMAIL.COM.
